Netsky
FREE FOR A LIMITED PERIOD!
Finally the long awaited Netsky album has landed, to accompany the release of this drum n bass masterpiece I have collaborated with Hospital Records and Netsky to create a reactive remix of parts of the killer vocal track Escape featuring Darrison.

To coincide with Netsky’s debut album release, get ready to experience a reactive remix of the big vocal cut track “Escape” featuring Darrison.
Never the same each time you listen, the mix incorporates your sonic surroundings across 4 unique swiping pages containing parts of “Escape”.
Swipe through the 4 pages to create your own arrangement of “Escape” manipulating parts of the track using the touch features on your iPhone.
Swiping in time with bar creates a smooth transition into the another area of the track with multiple effects. Shake to introduce beat on the first page and explore the pages, follow the directions on the screen of multiple touch, turn and tilting controls to create unique arrangements and effects. Chop, pan, filter and immerse yourself in this fresh euphoric track by Netsky in your own spontaneous reactive remix. Then record and upload you versions and share across the RJDJ community.

Voyager Scene on iPad MHD London

After previous work with Hospital Records as a reactive music producer making RJDJ scenes on iPhone I decided to undertake an iPad RJDJ Voyager project at Hackday London. With the support of RJDJ’s friendly team I managed to reactify a DJ Krust track called Belief Systems.
The project uses the stems of the track and enables you to interact with effects and dynamics in an instantaneous remix. A personal musical experience that is never the same twice. This truly is the future of music overshadowing recorded music in its solid unchangeable state and makes the audio an alive interaction.
The iPad experience is vastly different to that of RJDJ on the iPhone with a more hands on approach to using it. This meant that composition and arrangement techniques are also altered when on this stunning new platform of the iPad making this a technoligical and compositional challenge.
I won an award for best creation on RJDJ at the hackday winning a set of Bose headphones.
