Summer has arrived and this morning i worked on a delicate reactive and generative music patch to accompany me sitting in the mountains. It is currently in testing at the moment, I have some glitching issues with it when physically using it, however, if you record the recording comes out glitch free. This is the scene so far, this recording taken on the edge of a mountain, high in the snow capped Brecon Beacons. A Really nice moment….
For performance purposes I have created a trio of scenes for use on 3 I phones. One scene is percussive, one scene acts as a multiple synth, and another an fx unit. Together in an ensemble through a PA desk a performance can be achieved Each download a scene onto your i-phone and start improvised performance together.

RJC1000 update has also enabled networked performance and live manipulation of scenes through the RJC1000 software. This needs to be explored further and the results will be posted here soon. This is a great opportunity in network improvised group performance to enhance this experience for performer and listener.
After the new release of RJC1000 from RJDJ I have been creating reactive and generative scenes and hacking modules to try and achieve desired effect. Getting more used to the interface and looking deeper into the patches in expert mode I created a lush chill recording from the scene Lush I have created.
